*Lack of Student Motivation. through knowing your student information, we can work upon an adaptive instruction for students with low motivation.

* Discipline Issues . We can create anecdotal reports and seek guidance from a counselor on how to micromanage students with discipline issues.

a. Discipline Issues- coordination and communication with the learner's parents, guardian, and guidance counselor; home visitation

b. lack of student motivation- gamification (enhancing lessons with games (for some of my students who are into online learning), getting to know more my students, letting them answer reflection notes (students who are into modular mode of learning)
