Nachum Remba was born in Kolna, Poland in 1910. Most of Remba's life was him as a communal worker Remba was the secretary of the education department of the Warsaw Kahlilla but he soon was a captured Jew who was getting sent to the Umshlagplatz just like all the other jews who lived in Warsaw. During the mass deportation Remba made a "First Aid Station" right next to Umshlagplatz.

Remba's Death

In the spring of 1943 Remba was back at the Umschlagplatz, this time not faking to be a doctor, but as a deported jew. The Germans captured Nachum during the Warsaw ghetto uprising in April 1943.

He was deported to Majdanek concentration camp where he worked to try and stop the suffering of the children there at the infirmary. Remba was sadly murdered in the Aktion Erntefest massacres on the 3rd of November, 1943.
