         <description><![CDATA[<div> Many things can effect our health, especially when we are young,“many teens end up struggling with obesity or eating disorders, substance use, unsafe sexual activity, poor nutrition, lack of exercise, sleep deprivation, school problems and low mood” (Page 1). These are all things we can control if we try to. They are all easy fixes as well. </div>]]></description>

Exercise is associated with more positive mood, improved sleep, better concentration and productivity and higher self-esteem” (Page 2). If you improve your fitness your risk for heath problems has decreased a lot. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Another thing that will improve your overall health is by maintaining your nutrition. In the iBook it states, “Many teens rely on vending machine snacks, fast food and on-the-go sugary sports drinks or sodas for fuel during the day. These foods do not provide lasting energy or the nutrients teenagers need for proper growth and development” (Page 3). Without good nutrition you are putting your body in jeopardy.   </div>]]></description>
