Dialogue is needed with all stakeholders to routinely assess technological needs in school.

We can not afford to leave technological integration to chance, nor can we afford a failure to embrace technology advancements. I believe that technology has a role to play in Systems Thinking because it pervades every aspect of our life now... increasing more and more each year. Yet, the number of hours in a day does not increase, so we must be more conscientious of our usage of the technologies that we often even see. A leader needs to consider technologies from the micro to the macro level. Life-long learning and training are required so that all stakeholders feel comfortable using the technologies available and can troubleshoot also.

Unfortunately we usually see this in advertisements or surveillance, but I predict that smart-walls will soon be as common as smart-watches. Rather than lag behind, I think we should provide guidance and leadership and education. I am helping my coworkers think creatively about how we include technological advancements in our architectural work from the earliest schematic designs now.
