         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. We think it is ethical for prospective employers to know more details about the applicant. Because employers need to know whether the potential employees have bad behaviours, such as addiction to drinking. The bad behaviours will influence work efficiency and productivity. Meanwhile, it is helpful for employers to find more specific information and quickly familiar with the applicants.<br>2. We disagree with the investigations involved Facebook page etc. This is personal social media and includes private feelings.</div>]]></description>

(especially for creative industry)<br>-lower labour cost<br><br>cons:<br>-younger people might have higher chance to make risky decisions. (Bank, gov department)<br>-might be lack of team working experiences<br>-might be lack of problem solving skills/ experiences when facing challenging situation in work<br>-employee retention- fresh grads have higher ambition and higher expectations on their work. They might quit the job fast after the they find a better job.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Benefits:<br>University graduates have no past experience so they will not be having any specific working style and so hiring them would make it easier to train them according to the way the company works. University graduates spend a lot of their time researching on innovative ideas and this will create an inflow of new and innovative ideas into the company.<br>Drawbacks:<br>High cost will be incurred to train them as they would not be having any market experience. Young minds might create conflicts as their ideas can clash with of the traditional thinking of the owners or managers.</div>]]></description>

Hiring university students would be less expensive as they have no experience at all and it would be very beneficial to the organization because they would be able to save their cost.<br>Drawbacks<br>University students are fresh graduates without any experience so organizations may have to train them which would incur the cost.
