It is recommended to at least sleep for eight hours in order to be well rested. Not getting enough of sleep can mess you up by not having any energy during the day which means no motivation and won't really feel like doing anything. Which is why it's important to at least have eight hours of sleep.<br><strong><em><br>Eating impacts physical health...</em></strong><br>Sleeping is also important for your physical health. Apparently people who have a healthy diet live longer and have a low risk of having any type of diseases. <br><br><strong><em>Exercise impacts physical health...</em></strong><br>Being physically active can improve your bones and muscles, reduce diseases, and manage your weight. Exercising can also help you get stronger too.<br><br><strong><em>Stress free impacts physical health...</em></strong><br>Stress can make you go intro depression due to overthinking about a lot of different things. It can cause sleeping problems, weight gain, anxiety and much more. That's why in order to reduce stress you should not think about a lot of things and think positive. <br><br><strong><em>Avoid drugs impacts physical health...</em></strong><br>Drugs can cause a lot of bad things to your physical health it can cause breathing problems, high chances of getting diseases, and changes around your body. Usually people do drugs to forget about their problems so instead of doing that people should instead do other things that won't harm them. <br><br><strong><em>Weight control impacts physical health...</em></strong><br>Being able to control your weight by having a healthy diet and working out can help you have low chances of having any diseases. Not enough enough can mood swings and not being able to focus. But what they don't know is that drugs can make you feel worse and can cause problems too which makes your mental health worse. People focus on themselves before they focus on other things. They eat a lot of healthy food, exercise enough, and getting enough sleep too. They also try to do stuffs they like to do during their free time.<br><br><strong><em>2) Avoid social media</em></strong><br>Mostly everyone is on social media scrolling and seeing what people are doing with their lives. But social media can also mess up your mental health. You might see people that you wish you can look like and wish you can do the same things as them. So in order to have a good mental health avoiding social media would help a lot.<br><br><strong><em>3) Connection</em></strong><br>Everyone these days don't communicate with each other anymore. Most people don't like talking or just don't feel comfortable to talk face to face. But if you really think about it communicating with other people can fix your mental health. If you start controlling your actions it can fix your emotions which is a good thing. Always control your actions because if you aren't able to something can happen.<br><br><strong><em>2. Therapy</em></strong><br>Since everyone don't really know how to express their feelings I feel like therapy would be good. Therapy is a way to express your feelings whenever you aren't feeling okay. You can tell your therapist the way you have been feeling which is a good way to express your feeling instead of a bad way.<br><br><strong><em>3. Self care</em></strong><br>Taking care of yourself is also a good way to have better emotional health. Those who don't take care of themselves can make them feel very emotional knowing the fact that they are not doing well.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Sleep impacts emotional health...<br></em></strong>Sleep is really important and you at least need 8 hours of sleep every night. The problem is that people don't get enough sleep which can make them be tired the next day and don't have any motivation to do anything. And since you don't have any motivation you won't be able to have anything done which can make you get emotional.<br><br><strong><em>Eat impacts emotional health...</em></strong><br>Mostly people who go through hard times don't even have energy to even eat or just don't feel like eating. But if you really think about it you need to eat in order to get energy so you can be able o do things.<br><br><strong><em>Exercise impacts emotional health...</em></strong><br>I know that when people feel emotional they just want to be alone locked in their rooms or wherever they are. But exercising can also help you with your emotional health. If you ever feel emotional you can just exercise for a couple minutes so you can feel relaxed.<br><br><strong><em>Stress free impacts emotional health...</em></strong><br>Everyone can be stressed for a lot of different reasons. Stressing can cause anxiety, depression, and having no motivation for anything. And because of that it can make you feel really emotional. And in order to not be feeling that way is to not think about a lot of things and think positive in order for your emotional health to be better.<br><br><strong><em>Avoid drugs impacts emotional health...</em></strong><br>People do drugs in order to forget about their problems and get time to just relax. But in reality drugs can mess up your emotional health and can make it even worse. Drugs can cause a lot of problems which can lead into depression. So it's better to avoid drugs and do other things that you can enjoy.<br><br><strong><em>Weight control impacts emotional health...</em></strong><br>Weight is what makes people more emotional since they have insecurities. Sometimes since people go through hard times they don't even have any motivation to exercise which makes them gain weight and feel more emotional. But in order to fix that people should now try to at least exercise for 30 minutes a day so they won't really have to worry about your weight, and it can even fix your emotional health.<br><br><strong><em>Save sex for marriage impacts emotional health...</em></strong><br>Saving sex for marriage can actually be good for your emotional health. According to what some people have said those who waited after marriage had a stronger connection than to those who haven't waited for marriage. Those who waited for marriage had a better emotional health since their relationship got even stronger than before.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

And don't be stressing yourself a lot or it will mess up your emotional health. According to what people have said staying positive can help a lot with your emotional health.<br><br><strong><em>2. Always thinking about your actions</em></strong><br>One way people can have a messed up emotional health can be the way they act. Sometimes people don't think about their actions and act a way they wish they wouldn't have acted. And because of that your emotions start coming. So that's why mostly everyone thinks about their actions before so it won't cause a problem.<br><br><strong><em>3. Expressing your feeling the right way</em></strong><br>Of course mostly everyone knows how to express their feelings the right way. But some don't know how and express it the wrong way which can mess their emotional health. Unlike those who don't sleep enough are always tired in the morning and the whole day. That's why having enough sleep is really good for your health.<strong><em><br><br>Eat impacts social health...<br></em></strong>Having a healthy diet is also a good thing for your social health. It's good since you are taking care of yourself and eating healthy food instead of junk food. It doesn't only mean that you are just being healthy but it also means that you will live longer.<br><strong><em><br>Exercise impacts social health...<br></em></strong>Exercising is good for your social health. When your exercise you can decrease your anxiety. You can also feel really relaxed when you are exercising. Exercising also means that there will be low chances of getting any diseases. So exercising is a really good thing for your social health. <br><strong><em><br>Stress free impacts social health...<br></em></strong>Being stress free can be good for social health because you aren't stressing yourself about a lot of things. Yes it's okay to be stressed but not a lot. People who have a good social health know how to deal with stress which is good since they are thinking positive.<br><strong><em><br>Avoid drugs impacts social health...<br></em></strong>Since social health means you are healthy we can all agree those who are healthy avoid drugs. Those who are healthy know the side effects of drugs and they know what drugs can do to them. And avoiding drugs can also mean that you can live longer.<strong><em><br><br>Weight control impacts social health...<br></em></strong>Those who are in a good health are able to control their weight. The way you are able to do that is by being physically active, having a healthy diet, and getting at least eight hours of sleep. Thinking negative can make you overthink a lot and mess your social health. Which is why you should always think positive about everything.<br><br><strong><em>2. Not having self care</em></strong><br>In order to have a good social health self care is really important. Not everyone has a good self care routine which can mess their social health. So everyone should have a self care routine in order to be happy and healthy.<br><br><strong><em>3. Being careful</em></strong><br>Of course to have a good social life you need to be careful. And what I mean by careful is by controlling your actions. Not everyone can control their actions which can cause a problem and affect their social health.
