the effort of learning. Passion has the ability to transmit and create action. Passion is motivation, seeking 

for  the new  and willingness  to learn.  Passion is  simply showing  a strong  tendency and  willingness 

through spending  time and  energy on  an activity  that someone  likes or believes  that it  is  important 

A. Love for Teaching. My love for teaching and at the same time my love for learning are what really push me to continue my craft. Me being a teacher provides a sense of fulfillment to me not just as a professional but as a person as well. I consider my job as a fuel of change. The more I educate learners, the more positive change I can contribute to the world. Through my love for teaching, I can inspire and motivate others to be responsible citizens of the world.

B. Traveling. My eagerness to travel made me who I am today. My travel experiences taught me a lot in life. My explorations widen my judgment and interpretation about the world we live in. It also helped me understand better what life is and how to live it best. My travel escapades motivates me to travel more, explore more, experience more and to live more for myself and for my obligations as a teacher.

C. Social Obligation. I consider my work not just as a profession but a social obligation. Through my teaching, I can promote patriotism, nationalism and equip learners to help the community become more sustainable and ready for the challenges of tomorrow. 

 

Poverty. My life when I  was a child was not that on a bed of roses. I experienced a lot of hardships in life. From the shelter that we lived in, the scarcity of food, and even the love and care of my parents since my Mother was a full time laundry woman. I envy my friends, playmates, and classmates  because they had their mother with them all the time. I guess that was normal for a child to long for that, to compare life with others, but that experience made me strong and determined to succeed in life.

 

Family. My Family tree was very big. My grandpa was once a teacher. Because he has ten (10) children and my grandma was only a plain housewife he really had difficulty in raising his children and even sending them to school due to the meager income of a teacher before. Because of this, my grandfather needed to find another job for a greener pasture to support his family. Since my father was the eldest in the family, and he was not able to finish his studies, he dreamed that someday one of his children would become a teacher. And being the eldest in the family, I kept his dream and promised to finish my studies despite all odds.

Community.  Being a consistent honor  pupil/student from elementary to high school, my community/neighborhood has higher expectations of me. They wished me to be a professional someday, and hopefully according to them I will be involved in early marriage. Holding on their expectations, I find ways on how I can pursue my studies. I am lucky enough to avail scholarships which helped me on who I am today. And my dream to serve my community to be a Teacher was realized. I am happy enough to produce more professionals every four years of being a teacher to the young mind. And I am proud to say that I was able to contribute more to the number of professionals in our community today because these young professionals we have now were once my students before, And that is my major contribution to my community.

Dream of Landing a Job. Due to the poverty I experienced, the big family that I am with and the nature of work they had, and the expectations of my community I really dream to land a job after my four years of studying in college. I am happy with the kind of job that was destined to me. Being a teacher was the noblest of all, as they say. This is the kind of job where everyday is a brand new day. Not a routinary work. Not boring work. This is the kind of enjoyment you feel once you love teaching. After receiving my first assignment as a teacher to my alma mater, I promised to myself that I will do my job well.  Imbued honesty all the time, because Honesty is the Best Policy. Honesty to all the knowledge to be shared to my students since we teachers are the molders of their minds. Loving my job is more than loving my family.  I spent almost every day in school because this is the nature of my work and I needed to prepare things for my students. That is how I stick to my promise to myself once I get a job. Since finding a job was not that easy, that is why I have to value it more by dedicating myself in the service of education.

            My family is such an inspiration to me. From the very start, they’ve been at the center of my vision and mission which I’ve prioritized. My education was my power source to strive harder and be a successful teacher in the end. I tried to sacrifice a lot to gain knowledge and never gave up on learning and gaining experiences for my goal. I didn’t think about the risk behind hardship in life because I was encouraged by my family to be open-minded and their support give me more strength to fight against the odds and lessen the burden of my undertakings. It is so grateful when you’ve felt strong courage, love and understanding of the family who cares a lot to make thighs right and be comfortable with what you’re achieving. My family was one of the great factors as an educator. I chose to be a teacher because what I know about it was that education will lift up our life, which enlightened me to be more passionate about it as I’ve experienced a lot in my teaching career. My family embraces my career task and helps me through my shortcomings. 

              Being in the service of education, a lot of work may come most relatively in pupils’ development. It’s part of my profession and I could not control it because it’s a commitment that needs faithfulness and honest service because what my profession must keep was an attitude of being a model to my pupils and colleagues.  To mentor what may bring them up as they grow and develop through learning. My profession adheres to good ethics, being a good example and being aware of the environment’s situations that may influence changes and create individual differences. Indeed, my profession is an unending career need not be taken for granted. It’s not only the bread and butter of the family but a source of individual’ wholistic changes in different aspects of their lives. Acquiring knowledge is one of the greatest things imparted that will lead them through the peak of their journey. My profession will also serve as the fuel that will drive their interests to pursue their longing career.

            Moreover, my goal was my everyday prayer achieved.  It is to create more happy and satisfied pupils who learned and are inspired by sharing experiences and learning. Not all individuals can come and go to school yet I was also aspiring to reach those children whom my guidance and teaching will help lift up their capabilities and strengthen their willingness to learn and be a great individual someday. Knowing what you aspire the most to become successful, a blessed teacher I will be. 

Additionally, their eagerness to see the outcomes of my efforts and successes aids in overcoming obstacles in the way of my teaching love. They are my motivations for all of my successful efforts in my field. My STUDENTS are up next. They fuel my enthusiasm as well. I am even more inspired to teach with passion because I see how hard they work to learn despite obstacles like poverty, travel time to school, or pandemics. When I was younger, I could easily identify with them. Despite the fact that we are not as lucky as some, our circumstances inspired me to want to learn more. My experiences enable me to fully comprehend them.

Even if I may not be flawless, I will make every effort to serve them. The list also contains GROWTH. Recognitions make me feel like I've accomplished something at work and that I'm a perfect fit for teaching and for being in a classroom. It improves my sense of productivity, fosters loyalty, and fosters cooperation among my coworkers. Being acknowledged also implies that I am appreciated for the work I accomplish well. It strengthens my belief that incentives other than money are necessary to keep workers motivated. When we feel acknowledged for the struggles we endured so that our kids could benefit, as teachers, we become more motivated to work harder. I'll be appreciative of these enablers forever. I was able to be myself and love what I was doing because of them.

 

Friends-They offer me advice, assist me when I'm having a problem, and stand by me when I'm in need.

Learners- The students are the reason I am here to teach; it is to them that I wish to impart knowledge that they may apply in their everyday lives
