First impression: You came across as a very self aware, introspective and driven. I loved your point about wanting to grow your personality and that gave me the sense that you were driven and didn’t want to settle when it comes to your goals. Your piece gave me the sense that you think very deeply about your strengths and weaknesses and what happiness means to you and were not afraid to make changes in order to get to your ideal state.

Looking back: Your story really stayed with me and made me think. You were incredibly vulnerable and brave to revisit painful memories for this exercise. My biggest takeaway was that you ended the story not by being saddened about what happened but rather think about what you could have done better. In my experience most people don’t spend time thinking about how they can positively impact others when they themselves are in pain. Being able to look back and focus on learnings is the sign of a resilient leader.

Vision: Really liked the vision board – it was very clear to see the different verticals of your life in the board. The leadership statement displayed your passion to change lives of the common man in India – a goal I’m sure you will achieve!

My first impression was that you are very self-aware, introspective, and have a level of calmness to you. Another item I noticed was how future-forward looking you are. When you were sharing a reflection of some of your stories, it was clear that you were trying to see the positive and how you could learn and change from that experience. First impression: My first impression of you was "Wow, he's so helpful!". Remember when you helped me move into Park when I barely knew you :) And on occasions I've heard you speak and express yourself, I like that you can be contrarian and defend your position.

Looking back: Having known you at a personal level even before PLI, I could make sense of how your past has shaped you. You have a very strong sense of family and community.

I appreciated you being so open and sharing a difficult story about losing someone who you loved. It was impressive that you were trying to take on the good parts of them within you.

Vision:

You have a very well balanced, and clear vision. I think you are very realistic person, and have a very clear idea of what you can and want to do in your life. I believe you can achieve you aspire in your life that you put on the vision board.

Personal Qualities:

Realistic : You mentioned that it is actually difficult to establish a deep relationship due to many distractions at Kellogg but it is ok. You also mentioned that you want to establish a good routine once you graduate from Kellogg as it is difficult to establish routine here due to so many events. I thought your mentions shows that you have a very clear understanding of both potential and limitations of your current environment.
Kind : During our rock climbing trip, you drove for very long hours on our way to RRG at night. You kept saying that it was ok to drive long hours because you enjoy driving and told us not worry about it. You kept checking on others during the whole trip.
Smart : I was impressed with your knowledge when you told me about EV charging industry across the world You understand the economics behind it and have a great insight. Also, I can't believe that you speak that great Spanish after spending only a few months studying it by yourself with Duolingo! You inspired me to get the subscription as well.

Three Words that come to mind: When I think of you, the descriptors 'Aware,' 'Aspiring,' and 'Pride' immediately come to mind. During our initial exercise, you expressed a desire to improve your verbal expression and noted a feeling of stagnancy in your personality. This self-awareness and aspiration to grow are traits of someone striving to be their best self. Visions: I feel like we’re a lot alike. I’ve beginning to notice how much staring up at the sky brings me peace so I love what you said about that with your picture of Jamaica. Same with the sports and fitness being a key part of lives and aspiring to grow our families.

My first impression is that you are driven, always wanting to improve yourself. I was touched by your story of how you felt personally accountable for the loss of two close contacts – it shows how sensitive, caring and selfless you are.

I especially connected with family oriented as a part of your leadership statement. I think family is such an important part of life, especially when you have kids. Being there for them is so impactful especially earlier in life.

You seem to me like a very focused, efficient and no-crap person. Every conversation you had was extremely logical and thorough. Got a feeling you would be really good at debating.

It was amazing hearing the story about the man who wasn't your direct family but affected you so much. I could feel the appreciation and love you had for him. You are a person who knows the value of paying back and will be determined to act on it.
