What should be changed?</strong><br>- There should be more stores available for the communities in Utopia.<br>- The government needs to put more funding to dealing with the poverty issues. e.g. more stores, increased education quality, more job availability, increase in the quality of housing etc.<br>- The government should respect the wishes of the traditional custodians of the land and approach the changes by implementing what the people want to improve the living conditions in the area.<br><br><strong>3.
