256. Essay on global warming

Global warming is something the Earth has faced since long. Ever since the 18th century, the temperature increases by 1 degree every year. This may be small, but humans themselves, by creating global warming, has damaged the Ozone layer. The Ozone layer protects the Earth from the fierce Sun. If the Ozone layer completely disappears, Earth will go hot and some day will be damaged by the heat of the Sun because the magnetic field of Earth will not be there anymore. So, in order to protect the Ozone layer, the UN has made a plan on protecting the Ozone layer itself so that Earth will not be damaged.

The forgotten toy.

One Saturday morning, I woke up and went to the garden to water the flowers, suddenly, I walked on something soft, when I looked down, that was a teddy bear. I held it up and said: "Why is this dirty teddy bear in my garden?" Suddenly, a voice appeared: " I am the forgotten teddy bear, no one remembers me". I dropped the teddy bear and said:" Who are you, how can the ghost supposed to live in the morning?" "No, you are holding me, listen to me once, I am the forgotten teddy bear, no one remembers who I am and that makes me feel hurt." I smiled and said:"Let me help you"! I washed all the mud and dirts out of the teddy bear and said happily: "Oh you poor little teddy, you won't be alone or called the forgotten teddy bear anymore." "But how am I supposed to find my owner when they forget me." The teddy bear cried. "I will be your owner now".

How long has it been since I've been sitting in the bookshelf, waiting to be play with again? Three years, maybe four, perhaps even five. Dust and cobwebs as pretty much consumed me. Im also was shoved in behind those old, moldy books that was a nightmare to me. Because I almost never see the lights again. The last time i felt freedom with the glowing light shining on me was when little Barry was reading a book about somekind of fishing book. I wish that moment never ended, but at last, good moments always end. Oh yes, I remember when little Barry still played with me. We used to go on fantastic adventures with many plot twist. But, one day, his mom told him to read a book. So he put me in the bookshelf, in my new home, and has never came back...

Why homework is bad for children

Homework, homework, homework. Talking about homework, it is too time-consuming. So, why should teachers be to blame for making homework? These are 3 reasons:

Firstly, homework cancels time for extra-curricular activities. Students are tired after a boring day at school. They have already studied at school for hours. Nevertheless, they will have to do homework after that. Why didn't they allow students to relax their minds in the first place? Thanks to homework, they will have to experience even more stress. Hence, they will have less energy for homework and will do poorly, experience punishments, and do even more poorly. All in all, the homework just makes time lapse and make the students perform poorly.

Not to mention, since when was paper invented? What is its purpose? Students can take their notebooks to write their notes on. Then they can revise quickly. And yet they can revise with exam preparations before exams. But on the other hand, homework is there and yet unimportant most of the time. In other words, the students can take notes, revise them at home, then they are ready to go.

At last, as well as students, teachers can also get the workload. To illustrate, teachers have to mark the homework, so they have to look for the answer sheet, use it to look for the answers, then mark them according to the question. Owing to the homework, the teachers have to do more. In short, the more the homework, the more work the teacher has to do.

Therefore, homework has lots of reasons why they are bad for students and teachers are also affected.

University, a big key to success in entering great jobs that's to you're liking. Every company wants employees to be educated at a good university and have a bachelor's degree. Graduating from a good University is a big advantage for your future life. Young students dream of becoming CEOs, company managers, technicians or just being normal workers at any company. But, they've never actually had experience working on careers that they want. What if their expectation hasn't reached their imagination, so they become disappointed about their job? Or, what if the jobs are too hard for them to work with? There have been millions of accidents where their careers had a huge impact on their mental health. It might lead to depression, anxiety, or even su!cide. So they should have real experience with their job to have a taste of the job that they'll be working with to support their life and family.
