I got my job interview through a platform which posts vacancies for the train station. (I work at a cafe in the central train station, in the Hague.)

After I got through the first barrier of sending my CV, the one on one meeting with the manager was quite informal. The manager was very to the point and practical. 

He asked about my ability to work under stressful situations. As the rush hours in the morning could get quite hectic. 
About my experience, my skills, etc.

Both situational and behavioural questions. They also tested my language skills by just changing interview language in the middle of the interview without saying anything.

However, during the job interview itself I eventually did not feel that stressed.
