         <description><![CDATA[<p>If you have good mental health, your life will be more positive, but if your mental health is bad, you will be faced with daily problems. Mental health affects every part of our lives, from our way of managing our stress to the way we meet people.</p><p><br/></p><p>As we already said, mental health isn't an illness, is the way how we think, feel, or face our daily challenges. If you have a strong mental health, you would manage correctly your stress and make good decisions. Why mental health is important? It is important because it doesn't matter what happens in our mental health, if it's positive or negative, it will affect our life. So when your mental health isn't the appropriate, you will present difficulties when making tasks, making decisions, or making anything. By the other hand, if you have the right mental health, your life will be easier and with a better quality.</p>]]></description>
