Esto traen un detrimento al medio ambiente y a nuestras fuentes hidricas, por cuanto los mismos no se les esta dando su debida disposicion. En Colombia no se ha adoptado ninguna politica de disposicion de estos residuos, tampoco se han hecho campaña hacia el publico general para que las personas conozcan el mecanismo para su disposición.  Tampoco hay facilidad de acceso a las bolsas de residuos toxicos al publico ni tampoco el servicio de basuras se hacen cargo de estos residuos.
Se deberia implentar la venta masiva de bolsas de color rojo para los hogares; que son las que se usan para disponer residuos biologicos.Tambien el servico de basurar publicas deberia recoger estos residuos para llevarlos a sus puntos de tratamiento. Esto  con el fin de disponer adecuadamente estos residuos que tanto daño hacen a nuestro planeta.
