         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Assessment as a toolbox<br></strong><br></div><div>I see assessment as a toolbox where I can use different tools (types of assessment) in an inclusive/ differentiated classroom based on the student’s learning styles and abilities. It icontains a variety strategies which the teacher can use  in order&nbsp; to get a feedback&nbsp; on how well the lesson was taught and to what extent did the students grasp what was taught.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
