how are you differ from the person in your scenario?

not facing scenarios like these meaning I experience a more stable emotional environment. with access to supportive relationships and which promote healthier development. A more stable environment leads to higher self-esteem, better mental health and allowed me to trust more people which leads to more secure relationships. not having to face such a challenge allows for more focus on mental health, growth and wellbeing.

what have you learnt from participating in this activity?

When participating in this activity i have learned that those involved in not so stable homes suffer a lot out of home. I think the "step forward if this applies to your person or step back if it doesn't"(or the other way around), has allowed me to understand the circumstance of what some people go through in much dept.
