         <description><![CDATA[<div>The main forces involved in Long Jump are : Normal Force and Gravity. This is because to jump up, the normal force has to be greater than the force of gravity. As the normal force forms a reason pair with the body weight, it increasing the force of your body on the ground by stretching your legs, which in turn increases the normal force.</div>]]></description>
