I believe that just about all students think of their teacher as a "monster" and that they are all against the students. Students also believe that it would be awkward to see their teacher outside of school, but this book lets students see that seeing the teacher outside of their normal school setting could be fun. In this part of the book, it really showed Ms. Kirby and Bobby bonding over something that Bobby enjoys. I would recommend this book to other teachers for their classrooms because i think that all students should realize the point of this story, teachers are not always monsters. This is an overall good book, and I would love to read more books by this author.
