when I was a sophomore in High School I called my school because I had a question. When the person on the other end answered the phone I told them my question plus a whole lot of more information. At the end the person on the other end said “ummm you called the fire department would you like me to redirect you to your high school?” I said yes please and apologized. I stayed on the phone a while until I was redirected and heard on the other side “hello how can I help you” and I said the same thing I did before. It turned out I got redirected back to the fire station and now two firemen knew my high school business. Mortified I apologized and they were both laughing at me. It turns out that one digit difference turns my high school’s phone number into the fire department.

one time I was walking my dog and he saw a bunny in the distance. he basically got tunnel vision so he ran and pulled me with him, dragging me on the ground like 30 feet and turns out it was a fake bunny someone had as a decoration.

In early 2021 i was riding my bike on the streets of my home town. I was crossing the roads but there was a giant street lamp in the middle partial blocking my vision. No excuse tho on my end and I ended up going thinking the coast was clear. I made it halfway across before I got hit by this nicee black audi and apparently flew a little bit. But i lowkey don’t remember cuz i just woke up on the sidewalk with my left eyebrow mostly gone. Butttt this incident led me to learn about one of my now favoriteee music artists so a wins a win.

i wanted to know how long i can stay up for. by day 5, everything felt heavier and then everything turned black. i woke up on the floor confused, getting up to the bathroom. i had a black eye. turns out my sister watched me pass out and hit myself against the baby's high chair.

Last year I went to Shaqtoberfest and it was my first time going through haunted mazes and walking around with actors trying to scare you, and it was terrifying! I was so scared out of my mind, I wanted to cry, I was so petrified. My roommate told one of the actors to chase me out of the maze and they did! #nevergoingeveragain

One day, my brother invited me to go ice skating with him and his friends. What I didn't know was that the group was made up of two couples, my brother, me, and someone's little sister. My brother was complaining about being a 5th wheel and I thought I was making feel better by telling him that I was in the same boat but he started tweaking harder. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So, I went to a football game at my high school but decided to leave early because we were losing badly. I was home alone at night, so I checked every room and ensured every window and door was locked. I was watching a scary YouTube video, but all of a sudden, I heard heavy footsteps, and a jingle of keys come from the hallway. For context, the hallway in my house creaks every time someone walks on it. Thinking that my family was home I went to greet them, but no one was home. For a good two hours, I kept hearing someone walk down the hallway and a pair of keys. It was not the YouTube video, and I checked the whole house. There was absolutely nothing that could make those noises in the hallway. Needless to say, I thought I was going crazy or that someone was actually in the house with me.

Last fall, I had just sat down to take my last final when I got a notification on Discord from someone in my self-defense course (who I had only had one conversation with before). He invites the class to go on his boat that day in 1 hour. I was not going to go, but my friend in that class convinced me to go. I only agreed to go if I could invite two more friends. Turns out no one else in the class even responded to his invitation, so when we were on his boat, I sent a picture of me and my friends on the boat having fun. Immediately 5 people responded saying that if he were to invite them again they would bring food and drinks with them. All he told them was "nah"

I work as a caregiver for a family friend, in which my client is a 10 year old obsessed with roblox (i totally get it). So when his birthday comes around, i logically thought it would be nice to get him a nice little $10 roblox gift card. I was just about to finish my shopping for the day, when I remembered to grab his gift card last minute, so i grabbed the first roblox gift card i found. However, when I rang it up, I learned (and realized far too late) that it charged me for the maximum amount, no refunds. Literally drove all the way home in silence due to my actions like... and the worse part was that I coudnt even gift him the gift card anymore bc it would be weird to gift him THAT MUCH robux. so the only logical thing i could do was keep it igggg. anyways now i have vip in dress to impress, so at least theres a bright side. right??

There was one time I went to get eat with my friends at Canes. Some of us got a ride from others to there. However, once we were done eating and heading back to school something interesting happened. While we were all going to same way, my friend used his car to cut us off the car I was in (I was not driving btw). So, then the driver decided ok this is war. Then he started asking who drink has their still; I happily sacrificed my drink. Then at the next light, the driver threw the drink in my friend's car because his window was down. Then they fired back and started throwing drinks back at us. We basically did this back and forth for a couple miles. Moral of the story is to save your drinks from Canes because you'll never know when you might need them

my friend and I went to popeyes after hanging out and planned to head back to his house to eat the food and play some games. we ordered takeout and went to go get it. by the time we got to his house, we were super hungry and were ready to eat. however, when we began to take stuff out of the car, my friend, who was supposed to be holding the food, was not holding the food. it turns out while he was putting his stuff in the car, he left the bag of our food on the roof of the car. so there was popeyes just splattered somewhere on the streets, and we had to go back to buy again :(

I ruined a wedding

We were hosting my cousins wedding at our house (in our backyard). I decided to let my dog inside the house so that he wouldn’t bother the guest (even tho my mom told me no). While I was getting the bride ready inside the house I heard my mom SCREAM!! and she yelled my name so I come running and my dog was eating the wedding cake!!! We decided to cover the portion of the wedding cake that was eaten with flowers. Pretty much we kept it secret and served the cake anyway:)
