IIS Palma Green Falcone Borsellino, together with local partner Comprehensive Institutes, organized a unique theatrical performance centered on A Christmas Carol, enriched by short thematic scenes. The event took place on a single stage, involving students of different ages and backgrounds.

Preparation Process:

Rehearsals were intensive and well-structured, involving diverse artistic and technical skills. The graphic design course handled the visual and promotional aspects, while the fashion course designed the costume of one of the main characters. The theatre expert teacher provided valuable guidance to the student actors.

The actors were IIS Palma students, supported by children from partner ICs both as actors and members of a children’s choir. A local professional choir, including teachers from Palma and the partner schools, accompanied the musical performance. Additionally, two Palma students specializing in singing contributed with valuable artistic input.

Photos and video recordings were taken by a student passionate about photography and an active member of the eTwinning project, ensuring high-quality documentation.

Collaborations:

Beyond collaboration with eTwinning partners, we worked with external music teachers and local organizations for the professional choir, strengthening the community network around the project.

Materials Shared:

All multimedia materials, including videos, photos, and scripts, have been uploaded to TwinSpace and Padlet, facilitating exchange and sharing with international partners.

Outcomes:

The performance allowed all involved students to express creativity and talent, fostering a spirit of intercultural collaboration. The script developed by our team will also be used by Ayşe’s students, demonstrating the impact and reach of our joint work.
