I think Lindy hop dancing is a great way to keep your brain healthy, because you have to remember sequences of dance moves which can be long and quite complicated! Believe me, I've been there!

It's not a good idea to let people do things for you. For example, if you don't know how to create a good powerpoint then get someone to show you how to do it. That way you can learn to do it and you don't have to rely on other people.

From my point of view, the best way to boost our brain is to keep our lives well-ordered. The brain works better when it can recover from tiredness. Sleeping enough lets the brain to settle new knowledge learnt. On the other hand, it´s ready to do things that will boost your brain, things like memorize new words, learn geography names, figure out scientific challenges or play a musical instrument. Do not forget to eat healthy food and do physical exercise, which are key factors to leverage your action plan to boost your brain.

This is, start reading, start studying any amazing subject, start doing physical exercise, start socializing, … The second one is to stop doing wrong things. This is, stop drinking alcohol, stop smoking cigars, stop eating fat food, stop being seated watching TV for a long time, … Different ways to get the same result.

In my view, keeping your mind in calm helps to boost your brain power. Stillness gives the power of reconnect yourself through disconnect your brain. Meditation is one of the best way to get it. Every day, like a sport, you take your time for a while, just listening your body instead of your mind. After few days you can observe how your brain is more clever and creative. It needs to rest so as to make up its neuronal connections.
