Recently I spent 2 days contacting 85% of my students parents. I was only able to make contact with approximately 10% of them...and that was with multiple attempts through every number and email address I had. We had so many wrong numbers, and no one can actually call my school number. It goes to the main panel and apparently disappears. WORST PHONE TAG EVER.

I recently experienced a barrier with a Deaf parent. It was a pain in the BUTT trying to get my school to approve an interpreter for a parent conference.
