         <description><![CDATA[<p>I will not sleep with the tv on for 4 days a week. Also, I will read a book before going to sleep, and turn off my phone 30 minutes before my bedtime routine. </p><p><br/></p><p>To mark my progress, I will sleep wearing my applewatch hoping that it shows trends that say that my sleep hygiene is improving. I will also have an application that blocks some social media apps at a certain time so that they won't distract me on my bedtime routine. </p>]]></description>
