At the end of class I collect all the tickets and draw 3 names for a piece of candy. I can inexpensively give lots of tickets and only have to hand out 3 pieces of candy. When the kids see me give one person a ticket, they all begin to do what they are supposed to do. I say, "Thank you for following directions quickly!"
