-Larger mortgage to pay, could result in defaults of payment on loan if something was to happen to effect our ability to work and earn an income.
-More cleaning and maintenance to pay.
-Risk of having less spare money available for emergencies.
-Would be required to work more to meet higher payments of buy the bigger house.
-House prices could drop , meaning the house could be worth less after buying it, resulting in a loss of money.
-Higher insurances and rates.
- Risk would be less enjoyment as would be working more to meet all the extra payments.
After looking at all the cons we decided we would be happier with the smaller house we are in now

- If I were to study this would have a financial effect on my family
- I would have no income due to hubbies yearly income.
- It would possibly effect myMental health.
So the overall decision I made was to study part-time and keep my job.

Associated risks were loss of income, uncertainty for the future income, and the affects it would have on our current lifestyle. My children had to change schools as their last school we could no longer afford, we would have to be careful with our income and consolidate our debts. The advantages to change were that I was happier, less stressed and living a healthier lifestyle.
