Purpose:  Prepare aspiring leaders (Admin/Program Leaders).  Give opportunity to experience the role, ask questions and begin to intentionally make a plan and action the plan.

Feedback from  participants:

The group discussions were great .  The opportunity to job shadow was invaluable! It spoke to the the process they went through and make it meaningful.

This was my first group of leadership sessions that I have participated in and found  the always felt really comfortable asking questions.  The job shadow was an added bonus.
