When we come back face to face, the Nova Titans Tech-Team will contact the students through their first period class to evaluate/repair the iPads. Teachers/students will receive a loaner iPad during the repair process.

A flyer with information about the repairs procedures will be given to parents during rollout. The flyer will also be posted on the website. A Remind message with information and links will be sent out to all parents, students, and teachers.

The Microtech person will create an order with AGI and send devices for repairs.

Lost/stolen devices will be immediately reported to the grade level administrator.
