I think of someone who may have trouble with speech, but may actually be very smart with words, they just can't speak it aloud. I think of someone who may be sensitive to certain sounds. I essentially think about someone who isn't not intelligent, but someone who can't express things as well. I also think about someone who is seen as differently and put down for reasons they should't be.
