         <description><![CDATA[<div>The lake district located in the north west of England.  It is popular for the lake Windermere which is the largest lake in England which provides a range of opportunities for traditional pursuits. There are a lot of activities that visitors can do in the lake district; one of them is walking for people of different abilities as there are hundreds of paths to choose, from paths around lakes to high narrow hill walks. This activity is great for people that want to stay active and be adventurous.This also provides passive opportunities, during the walks people can enjoy beautiful scenery of Lake District, this activity is suitable for people of different ages and abilities as there are also guided walks for people that don’t want to get lost; however for those that are there for an adventure can choose longer paths which would take a few hours to walk. If visitors get tired after long walks there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes to choose from or they can stay in one of the b&amp;b’s or a hotel for a night where they can relax. Lake district is also great for cycling which falls into traditional pursuit opportunities; it is great for road cyclists and mountain bikers by having a choice of country lanes and paths to suit all experience levels. This activity is great for those that enjoy sport and adventure and they are visiting for that specific reason. There are routes which are great for beginners through Whinlatter forest and Grizedale forest, this route might be suitable for families and people that want to sight see while cycling as it is an easy route; they also have a choice of mountain biking routes which is for those that are cycling for a long time and are into sport. Visitors can also hire bikes across the lake district area if they don’t want to bring their own one or don’t have one. </div><div>Lake district has one of the biggest lakes; therefore they offer various water activities for their visitors which is a modern pursuit opportunity. Visitors can have a go at canoeing and rafting if they are interested in water activities, they also offer sailing and sailing clubs. These water activities are for visitors that are motivated to be adventurous or active while they are at the Lake District.There are also summer water activities such as water skiing and power boating which is suitable for families with teenagers or groups of people that want to enjoy and have some fun while they are at the lake. Visitors can also do a bit of fishing if they are not into water sports where they can catch different types of fish, which is a traditional pursuit activity; this is ideal for visitors that come for special interest such as fishing as they can enjoy doing their hobby while at the Lake District. Team building is another modern pursuit opportunity that is available at the lake district; visitors are encouraged to volunteer and work in teams to enjoy a day of conservation and is ideal for those that want to look after the environment and preserve Lake District, this is also great for those that want to stay educated and find out how they can help. <br>Visitors can also visit the Lake District for a retreat; they have the Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat which offers luxury holiday lodges at lake district.They offer a range of facilities to make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience and can relax by offering steam rooms and saunas. Beauty treatments and massages are also available at their spa. Which is made for visitors that are there to relax; this would be more suitable for couples that are visiting the Lake District as they can relax while on their short break at the Lake District. There is also a choice of nice restaurants where couples can go and have a romantic meal in one of the hotels that offer local food.</div><div>Lake district is a special interest tourism; as the main reason for tourists to visit is the great wildlife that lake district has. Visitors can see the beautiful landscapes and lake windermere; as well as enjoying long walks to explore lake district wildlife. Lake district are trying to conserve their wonderful wildlife by doing everything to reduce pollution and erosion of paths and roads; as there are a lot of people coming in to just see the wildlife. This also falls into passive opportunities; as visitors can enjoy sightseeing during their walks or bicycle rides and see wildlife views that lake district offers. Lake district also welcomes photographers that are interested in wildlife and nature; as there are plenty of beautiful views to take photos off. This also works as promotion for lake district as photographers would share their photos of lake district landscapes and more people would be interest to visit; this is a great opportunity for visitors of special interest that are there to do some photography of landscapes and nature. At the lake district people can enjoy peace and quiet while they are there; as it is advised for visitors to stay quiet and act appropriately to not disturb the wildlife.Visitors might also come just for peaceful walks while enjoying the view of nature and wildlife of Lake District which is very relaxing and great for solo visitors that come for quiet walks. </div><div>Visitors can also stay active by doing climbing activities other than walking or cycling. There are different climbing routes to choose from; if the weather conditions are not suitable there is also wall climbing. Tree top adventures are available is visitors want to be adventurous, these activities are suitable for kids and people of any ages that are able to do these activities; this is also great for groups of people visiting as they are fun activities to do. </div><div>Lake district offers educational opportunities for school or college trips. Their educational services offer; different learning sessions, adventure playgrounds, water sport sessions and boat trips, orienteering and exhibitions. These activities also support team building as they encourage students to work with each other and give support during the activities and sessions.</div><div>Lake district is mostly ideal for educational type of visitors as they welcome school trips. Special interest visitors are also ideal for lake district if they are interested in wildlife and nature. Any age groups are suitable for lake district as there is something to enjoy for everyone no matter what age they are. </div><div>Lake district has different motivations and one of the main ones is adventure as visitors get to explore and do adventurous activities in the park; a lot of visitors are also  interested in sports activities that lake district has to offer.          <title>Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty : Cotswolds </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cotswold is an area of outstanding natural beauty which is located in the south west of England. Cotswold is a great place to visit for different type of visitors. They offer different types of opportunities for visitors; traditional pursuits such as cycling is one of them. Cotswold is great for cycling as there are bridleways and quiet country lanes for cyclists. There are many self guided cycling tours on offer; visitors can also choose to cycle with electric bikes. For those that enjoy competition there is cycle races or visitors can watch them and support. Walking is another activity that visitors can do at Cotswold. It is ideal for walking as they have stunning countryside area with countless footpaths to choose from; there are also towns villages that visitors can walk through and see the honey colored stone. There are also long distance paths for hikers which are called Cotswold way and Thames path. For people that don’t want to get lost there are guided walks or a map available to download to see what paths are there to choose. Camping is another traditional pursuit opportunity that people can do at Cotswold. There is a caravan camp site with over 60 pitches available; there are also glamping tents which can be booked.<br> <br>Another reason why people choose to visit Cotswolds is for a retreat. Cotswolds has a hotel spa for those wishing to relax; there are many benefits to visiting the spa and one of them is for health reasons. There is also a gym and a swimming pool available for visitors; there are various treatment rooms available offering therapies and massages to relax. Which can be ideal for couples visiting to relax and have a spa break. </div><div>Visitors specifically choose to visit Cotswold because of its features such as golden stone and rolling hills. It is mostly popular for its english villages and castles where people can do some sightseeing. </div><div>Tourists also visit Cotswolds to see their glorious gardens which they can visit from early spring to late autumn. The most beautiful gardens are at the Sudeley Castle which compliment the castle and has more than 80 types of rose. People can enjoy these gardens in peace and quiet while viewing different flowers and the enjoy the view of castle. Visitors are also welcome to do some photography at the gardens and castle to take beautiful photos and promote Cotswolds gardens. </div><div>Another one of Cotswolds active type of activities is horse riding; they provide horse tours which includes horse riding which give visitors a full experience of an English horse. This is suitable for teenagers over the age of 14 due to health and safety reasons as this activity is not suitable for younger children. </div><div>Ctoswolds is great for educational visits as it has a lot of history and heritage; everyone is welcome to visit museums and great historic houses. This is also great for schools and colleges that are visiting for an educational trip as they will get to learn about history of Cotswolds and their castles. Tewkesbury Heritage centre is a 17th century building where visitors can learn about the local history and architecture heritage.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Isle of wight is an island located right on England's south coast, and is only 2 hours away from London. Isle of wight is suitable for all types of visitors as they have plenty of family activities, group activities and special interest. It is mostly popular for its sandy beaches. There are a lot of things to do which attract people to visit the Isle of Wight. One of the activities that visitors can do is walking; as they have over 500 miles of paths to walk on. Walking on Isle of Wight is peaceful and quiet where visitors can calm their mind; as well as many walk for health reasons because it is good fitness. There is a choice of country side and coastal walks which can take to the dramatic cliff tops and rocky coves this means people can also sightsee and do some wildlife viewing while they are walking as Isle of Wight has incredible views to see. There are also guided walks so that visitors get to see everything they wanted to see on the isle, where they will be guided throughout the walk. Walks are suitable for all ages and abilities. <br>People also visit Isle of Wight for cycling where they can cycle on quiet country lanes; there are cycling routes to suit everyone and any abilities with over 200 miles of cycle available. Isle of Wight is an Ideal destination for UK cycle holiday. <br>Isle of Wight is mostly popular for its beaches and water activities. They offer kayak surfing lessons. jumping off cliffs, and swimming through caves whilst doing some coast seeing. They organise activities for families, school trips and large groups. <br>Isle of Wight also offers a family run holiday park within the area of natural beauty; with caravan and camping site. They also have many hotels with spas for relaxation which is ideal for couples; they can choose from range of accommodation choices such as historic houses or stylish hotels. There are a choice of restaurants and meal places to choose from where visitors can enjoy local dishes. <br>With the beautiful sights of coasts and wildlife; visitors are welcome to do some photography on island as there are plenty of beautiful locations to take pictures of. <br>Horse riding is also one of the popular activities that visitors can do when visiting isle of wight. There are hundreds of bridleways, peaceful country lanes, and horse riding on open sandy beaches. Visitors can also bring their own horse or can choose a guided ride. There are lessons available for all ages and including advanced learning. <br>Isle of wight mostly attracts for its beautiful wildlife; there are also a range of activities that can be done around wildlife. One of them is birdwatching, seeing red squirrels, unique butterfly species. Isle of wight is also one of the best places in Europe for dinosaur heritage with a variety of hunts and walks to discover this. This is a great activity for those that like adventures and educational trips as they can learn about different animal species and their habitats that are on the isle of Wight.<br>Isle of Wight are promoting their educational trips for schools. Where students can discover and learn about Roman remains, Royal Palace, Castle that imprisoned a king, and dinosaurs.
