I like how it set guidelines to help drive instruction like: create workshop models, hold small group and personal conferences, make sure to scaffold, and keep children engaged with cross-curricular content. The teacher demonstrated all of these steps by creating a vlog. The vlog gives the children the chance to develop their listening and creating skills as well as the opportunity to work with a new medium. Chapter 2 discussed more 
Teacher related topics and how teachers can use technology to help them. I love the idea of students having an open space for feedback! I also really enjoy how the teacher uses it as a place to discuss their literature.
