Having depression can be bad for your health most importantly your heart. The first problem is stress, when your suffering with depression it will cause you stress and the more you feel stressed out the more it will effect your body or your heart. The second problem about having depression is the poor nutritions, as we all have known having depression can also effect your daily routine and wont let you have your free time eating which attracts the chances of getting skinny. The last but not least, drugs. Now if you haven't known yet, drugs are often used because of idleness and with depression you probably stay idle almost 24/7. This idleness leads to drugs, hard drugs. And if you do take drugs it'll most likely cause more depression which leads to this malicious cycle that eventually stops at an overdose. I hope this raised awareness and gave people courage to seek help.

https://images.app.goo.gl/gcmhkPQTo49cc8mz9

Sulaiman AL-khalaifi
ID - 67221

The negative impact on people's lives

Being depressed has many negative impacts on the human body and mind. One of which is being introverted and that's the most common impact. This only makes the person less social than before which could make acquaintance between friends much more complex and challenging. As well as makes the human a failure in life (professional and social). This substantiates losing your job, friends, and family on account of the efficacy and memory issues of the human brain. Many may notice, that those who have depression also have problems with a lack of energy. This would make the person stays in the rest circle and stays like this for a long time until it's too late. Overall, there is no shame in being depressed. The shame is remaining depressed and do nothing about it.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fideas.ted.com%2Fwhat-if-we-could-inoculate-people-against-depression-and-trauma%2F&psig=AOvVaw0cTii1bfvtmo6JgPpcs8eT&ust=1652465902479000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAwQjRxqFwoTCIjun7LJ2vcCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAD

Mubarak alrashidi
63803

One of depression's problems is Isolation. It manages to keep you in the same cycle over an extended period of time and often times it could last a life time. Thankfully however I have here a few solutions that will hopefully save someone's life in the very end. Firstly, constant checking in on. People love being loved, it is one of those things that we need in our lives to feel emotions and keep each other happy. a few checks on someone as well as constant small talk is sure to make someone feel loved and wanted. something that we all want. Secondly, involvement. People want to feel around specially when you feel like you are a ghost, this could be effective with something as small as asking a little input on a plan or maybe making sure everyone is heard and acknowledged. Lastly, I personally do this a lot, that being encouragement. I enjoy it when people motivate me or give me a small nudge in the direction where I want to head. It removes fears and doubts as well as makes me feel trusting in others and more confident to involve myself with those who encourage me.

I remember when I overcame depression, it was my personality and the way people gave me feedback on it when I was just a few years young. Most people did dislike me because I am someone who used to express himself to the fullest when I was younger, that goes from thinking a different way of dressing uniquely down to more features-tic parts of me like my laugh and even the way that I speak. Thankfully, with years marching on and me becoming who I am today, and still thriving to be better, I finally managed to know who to be myself around and when should I disguise myself. The problem was solved 4 years ago, I managed to solve it by asking myself what I could do instead of seeking help from others since others were the problem at hand and fortunately it worked. Now I learned how to live with it and generally not care one bit if someone likes me or dislikes a part of me, I am who I am and I will not budge or rollover because .someone told me to I'm proud of myself

https://images.app.goo.gl/u9sHLoonKmPEXZUc9

Fahad Aladawini ID: 61957

a lot of people suffer from. So, I'll be talking about possible solutions for this problem. One of the ways to help people with depression is talking to a professional like a mental health doctor or a therapist. Talking to a therapist and getting your feelings out really helps and makes it easier to talk about other things. Another possible solution is trying to get a hobby or something to do on a daily basis like exercise or reading books. Getting a hobby can help you get your mind off of it and helps by having something to look forward to. A really good to help is try to be more social and trying to talk to new people and making new friends. Making more friends makes easier to move on. In the end I hope people will talk more about depression and hope these solutions help you in your fight.

https://images.app.goo.gl/B9PiUbMWhy5JVA7N6

Mohammad Alotaibi ID: 68043
