The reason I think I can be a SU leader is I ought to think about everyone in this school, and I will to let all of our students to have their own opportunity in different category, like everyone can have same opportunity to join any activities, I can also be a bridge to tell school what do we need, what we are thinking, then communicate with school to get those need or solve any problems students may have.

The reason why I can be a SU leader is that I can provide more opportunities to join different competition or activities because the need of students is to have a meaningful and wonderful school life. The reason why I can be a su leader is I will listen to different voice from students and I can show different opinions from students to schools .every students are unique so that all students have different idea of their daily life.but at school many teachers just follow their traditional approach and do not care what all the students think, students’s voice can not express to school , students will unhappy at school and afarid to show their idea. I believe that I have empathy to help those students to show their opinions

The reason is i am outgoing and like talk with people so i can encourage members brave to try new things and encourage them initiative to do something. I think the talented learder should have a good leadership so i can delegate the right job to the right person.

Being a competent leader , I always take the responsibility of serving other.For instance,I have been joining numerous of teenage activities and courses those including summer camp,emotion management course and so on render understand more about youths.Wanting to serving others,I always serve others in injury and personal emotion problem in the activities.It is the reason that I can be the SU leads.

The reason is I have served as a different leader. Such as house leader so that I have experience to hold the event or give the right job to the right people.
