• record your narration, or

• video yourself presenting to the camera

Your plan will be a brief outline so it shouldn't take you very long to make it. You only have to get down your main idea, what you are going to say and what will appear on screen.

N.B. To make sure that your audio is good make sure that the presenter is filmed close to the camera if they are at a good distance you will see their chest , shoulders and head ( close mid shot ) . If we see their entire body they will be too far away unless you are using an external microphone.
