         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rules of the wall sit challenge:<br><br>1) Try to get as many members of the homeroom to do it as possible. <br>2) Place your back against a sturdy wall. <br>3) Slide down so that your knees are bent to 90 degrees (or less if it is too difficult at first). <br>4) Try to hold the pose for 30 seconds or longer. <br><br>*You can multitask while doing this exercise. </div>]]></description>
