I plan on using this in my future classroom to highlight important minoities and the role they play in our society. I also plan on using this to promote awareness on public health and the part the we play in our society. After reading this book, students will collaborate to develop a public health message to deliver to the school to promote awareness for a topic they feel is important. This fosters a health and aware school community.
