Kids are still doing well overall, but went down in all areas by a small amount. In giving the tests numerous kids finish quickly or sit there forever doing very little then rush to be done.

Maybe giving too much grace has lowered accountability for students, ie. no homework, no deadlines, test retakes always allowed.

We have small subgroups and should take advantage by making our supports student-focused. We need much more collaboration about those individual struggling students in the subgroups. Grade level teams need to discuss and plan supports for individual students.
