         <description><![CDATA[<div>The shifting gears system is great because it lets students know what they should be doing. The group roles systems was similar in that students also knew what they should be doing. They were different in that the group roles was more about teamwork and upholding your position, where as the shifting gears was more about being in the right place individually.</div>]]></description>
