Reverend Hale were asking Abigail about what happen that night that makes Betty went ails. Abigail told him that it was just common dancing and that she never called the Devil. Abigail blame Tituba even though Tituba was innocent but went along with it anyway.

This quote is saying that he is encouraging. He encourage Tituba to tell him how many Devil came to her. He is telling her that you can tell me and i will help you be closer to God. God will protect you from the Devil.
