I am currently working as a kitchen assistant intern.

When I arrive at work, I help the staff prepare ingredients.

I have learned how to make various tacos, burrito bowls, and quesadillas.

At first, the recipes were confusing and difficult, but now I can make them on my own.

The staff always teaches me kindly and with a smile.

2.The most famous food is Grilled stone plates, and the seasonal food is limited every season.

3. For the season menu, there is Yukhwa Mulhoe in summer and Wang Galbitang in winter.

4. The special thing about Gwanghwamun Seokgalbi is that the clothes don't smell because they heat the grilled meat with candles.

I am Glad to see you my name is Kim-royeong. My goal is to be Korean No.1 Chinese chef. So I am trying hard and doing internships. 만나서 반갑습니다. 제 이름은 김로영 입니다. 제 목표는 중식 조리사 입니다. 그래서 나는 도제를 하면서 노력하고 있습니다.

I am working internship in a “Chungkingmama”, a Chinese restaurant

It is composed of two floors The downstairs make middle of days dishes and the upstairs make dinner dishes. 그래서 아랫층은 점심메뉴들을 만들고 윗층은 저녁메뉴를 만듭니다.

Working in an internship I make preps , wash the dishes and cook up dinner dishes such as hotpot and malatang 도제에서 일하는 동안 나는 프렙을 하고 설거지를 하고 훠궈, 마라탕같은 저녁메뉴를 만듭니다.

Also I boil brisket gravy, beef tendon gravy, tomato gravy. This work is so hard but it is base of every work. So I can try hard. 또한 나는 육수들을 끓입니다. 예를 들어 양지 육수, 스지 육수, 토마토 육수 등 이 있습니다. 이 일은 힘들지만 모든 일 의 기초이기 때문에 힘낼 수 있습니다.

I recognized restaurant. Although I am an intern but I manage upstairs and I teach another part timer. 나는 내가 업장에 인정받은 것 같습니다. 왜냐하면 나는 비록 인턴이지만 윗층을 관리하고 있습니다. 또한 나는 알바생 분을 가르치고 있습니다.

I did an internships, I got unusual experience. That is taking photos of restaurant's new dishes. In that times, I got a motivation. I also want to open my own restaurant and film my own dishes. 내가 도제를 하면서 나는 특이한 경험을 했습니다. 그것은 우리 식당의 새 메뉴를 사진찍는 일 이였습니다. 그 때 나는 동기를 얻었습니다. 나도 내 매장을 열어 내 음식을 사진 찍고 싶었습니다

I think internship’s advantage is able to save money, get a knowing of business structure and learn real work. 나는 도제의 장점은 돈을 모으거나 사업 구조를 배울 수 있는 것이라 생각합니다.

So l am saving my internship’s salary for my graduation piece of work and often I think a business model for my future. 그래서 나는 도제 급녀를 졸업작품을 위해 모으고 종종 미래를 위해 사업 모델을 생각합니다.
