It is for our Well-being (Sanity), work-life balance, motivating factor, Enjoying what we do.

We lead by example, what we want to build in our students.

• Honesty and sincerity; for staff to be able to share honestly and respectfully what's to be improved. To share directly with the person instead of going through another colleague. Not leaving anything hanging or any ambiguity. For example, constructive feedback given instead of just saying "the lesson is not good". Wanting to help a colleague improve instead of just criticizing.

• Morning greetings as a form of acknowledgement, especially to cleaners. It is a basic form of respect and a culture of care. Role modelling for the students as well because they are watching us.

• Empathy and genuine care

• Respect for private and confidential matters that are personal. It is not for us to share on the person's behalf.
