Later Jay goes to pick up Adnan at Best Buy instead of the strip from version one he also sees Hae's dead body there. They later go to Forest Park for some weed. The call log doesn't quite match up with the story. As Jay retells his story it starts to match up with the call log which is very suspicious. This is suspicious because that means he is changing the story to something that possibly didn't happen. According to the HBO series the only thing they are not 100% accurate in is where incoming calls are coming from. Jenn had already graduated when all of this happened. Jenn says some things in the HBO series that lead me to believe that Adnan didn't do it. Jenn states that Jay can convince you your shirt is green when it's blue. This just shows that Jay is a really persuasive person. Jay has committed plenty of crimes but has spent little to no time in jail. This just shows that he knows how to talk himself out of trouble. His DNA did not match up on many things. Investigators also tore apart Adnan's bedroom which they found nothing that links him to Hae's death. So therefore, why is he in jail? I want to understand why people believe he did this. Adnan was the golden boy. He was very friendly and happy. I think that Don and Jay had something against Adnan so they framed him. Don supposedly had work the day of her death when his co-worker said that's impossible. Don's mother was the manger where he worked so his mom could've easily lied. His co-worker also stated that he had a lot of cuts and bruises on his hands. This information leads me to believe he had involvement in her death because she was found in the woods. In the earlier episodes of Serial it seemed as though Jay didn't like Adnan because Adnan was good friends with his girlfriend Stephanie, which gives Jay a motive to hurt Adnan. I think Adnan and Jay were hanging out that day after school while Don went and killed her. -The car could've been moved before the police found it. The neighbors in the neighborhood state that "It is impossible for a car to stay there for six weeks without me reporting it". There was also a scientific experiment done that concluded that is was impossible because of the way the grass is.
-Jay says he sees Hae's body outside the poolhall because he was playing pool.
-Jay states that Adnan threatens Stephanie.
-There was no forensic testing in Hae's trunk. There was also none of Adnan's, Jay's, or Hae's finger prints on the mirrors of the cars.
-Jay has 25 convictions and one of them is from him beating up his girlfriend that he has a child with.
-Jay's ex-girlfriend states that he is a manipulator of the law.
-Ulrick lies about Aisha.

This park is known for dead bodies. Mr.S found Hae while going to take a leak in the park. Hae was near a log. The weird thing is that Mr.S said he wanted to find a private place to urinate yet where he was is visible to the parking lot. Many think he could've put her there or went looking for her.
