I found Bio digital human is more useful for study purposes and easy to identify that which muscles are used in the particular movements / motion . Also different special test’s are provided to learn it in a easy way .

I found bio-digital human more useful and interesting because in that personally for us special tests are found more difficult to remember so by watching it live it helps us more to understand and remember easily. So it is fantastic tool.

Biodigital tool and visual analysis kinovia both are actually better because they provides 3D image for better visual learning, rather than 2D learning by images which will require imaginary biomechanics the tools will provide a clear idea of what and how are the structures working to carry out specific action.
