Athletics Carnival

Later on we had the Athletics Carnival and I competed in running events, High Jump and Triple Jump

Camp

Term 1 ended and the second begun. As my friendships grew and time went on we got closer and closer to camp. Our camp was camping and canoeing along the Murray River.

My Birthday

My Sport for Term 1 was Tennis. I was put in the B2's team and i frequently went out with James after this as we were in the same team.

I actually was pretty happy with my results with my tests for majority of my subjects and was proud with how I was travelling in high school

In Term 2 I chose footy for my sport and I was in the B's. I had a great time playing and making new friends.

Badminton

I did tennis again in Term 4 and really enjoyed it. I was put in the A's and all around had a really fun time.

Covid - 19

I had Covid to finish off my year 7 experience. I ended up missing the last 2 days and was upset I didn't get to say a proper good bye to Miss Harris, My Homeroom Teacher

First Day

I wasn't really nervous about going back to school as I was a lot more comfortable with Xavier and I had a solid group of friends.

I had chosen only Latin for this year and dropped French. Mr Morrisy was my Homeroom Teacher and he was really nice

Quest - Numeracy

I had quest numeracy in Semester 1 and enjoyed it a lot. We used a website called Banqer High where you would keep track of expenses and live a life and it was practically a practice run before real life

Basketball

The Grampians

The Grampians was our 4 night camp in the wilderness for Year 8. I and i'm not holding back had an extreme dislike for this trip and was praying for it to be over the whole time. I did learn some things however like how to light a fire and stuff which was cool.

Mr Morrisy's Goodbye

Mr Morrisy at the end of term 2 gave us a heartfelt goodbye speech and ran us through his career. We were really sad to see him go on leave but we got a new teacher Mr Delaney.

Swimming Carnival

Swimming Carnival basically ended our year and was a cool touch to the year.
