Problem:
First people use to go to a bookstore to buy books, but it was not an easy process. They had to search for a book for hours, then they had to go to the cashier and pay, but sometimes the book isn’t available in the bookstore so they had to go to another one.

Solution:
Because of Amazon getting books has become an ease. Now, people can just go into the app or website, choose the category, choose the item, add to cart and buy it. There is no need for going into a bookstore anymore. 

2.PayPal

Problem:
For e-commerce like eBay, people use to buy the things but the money had to be paid by sending money through post office or going and paying individually.  

Solution:
Because of Paypal now it has become very easy to pay money. The money transaction can be made in the internet when buying things in websites without having to mail or go to place to pay the money.

At the start, Airbnb allowed you to sleep on an airbed in some random person's living room for a really low price. This company's website allows ordinary people to rent their rooms as tourist accommodation. Before airbnb there were many websites through which u could rent your houses to a random person but it was nowhere near global success as airbnb is now. The main problem was trust issues. But airbnb got over this issue by using trust by design which means account verification of both host and guest. Problem - Before Netflix people used to go in stores to buy DVD's of movies, shows etc. It was not an easy process. They had to search for movies, the go to the cashier and rent or buy the  DVD's.

Solution - They created an app and a website in which people can pay a amount of subscription and then you can just search for the movie or show you want to watch and it will be there and you can watch it.

2) Wix - 
Problem - People used to hire coders to create a website. Some people wanted to create a website by themselves but couldn't create it because they didn't know how to code 

Solution - The crated a web App so people could create there website by choosing for many templates and using drag and drop method.
