         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>When</strong>:  August 9, 2017 <br><strong>Where</strong>: Bridgewater,<strong> New Jersey</strong> <br><strong>What</strong>:  Trump said Tuesday a stronger <strong>law enforcement response is needed to combat the opioid crisis. </strong><br><strong>Who</strong>:<strong> Donald Trump</strong> speaking at his New Jersey golf club and flanked by Secretary of Health and Human Services Tom Price and acting Director of National Drug Control Policy Richard Baum. <br><strong>How</strong>:  He heralded <strong>Price as the person to lead his effort to tackle the issue.</strong>  Trump also <strong>advocated for more abstinence-based treatment</strong> to combat the opioid crisis. Chris Christie-<strong>led commision that Trump created to examine opioid abuse issue recommended</strong> earlier this month to combat opioids. <br><strong>Why</strong>:  <strong>Opioid overdoses have skyrocketed in recent years, </strong>leading state governments to commit millions to fighting the issue.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>what? </strong>At least 19 migrants have died after being drowned, many of them were thought to be teenagers and from Somalia and Ethiopia.<br><strong>Where? </strong>Shabwa, Yemen <br><strong>When?&nbsp; </strong>August 9<sup>th</sup> of 2017 <br><strong>Who? </strong>19 migrants<br><strong>How?&nbsp; </strong>Hundreds of migrants were forced from a boat off the coast of Yemen for the second time in two days.The IOM said survivors of the incident had tried to bury them after the smugglers had forced about 120 of them from a boat close to Shabwa, Yemen.</div><div>Nineteen migrants were a mix of men and women, and estimated their average age to just be 16 who are thought to have died in Thursday's incident and the IOM think as many as 50 could have died in Wednesday's drowning.</div><div>&nbsp;<strong>Why? </strong>Migrants have been travelling&nbsp; for decades, because of the location of Yemen as a gateway to other states and Europe.
