Of course, the development of nuclear weapons has caused a lot of casualties and had a ripple effect on the war, but I think you're amazing. If you look at it from a different perspective, there will be countries that remain at peace in fear of using nuclear weapons because of your development. And the courage of the anti-nuclear movement, not just my own regret, was cool.

I think we can understand with the times that there is a big downside to nuclear weapons that cause a lot of casualties, but that the only thing that can stop Germany at that time is another nuclear weapon

모든 국가의 이념, 추구하는 사회의 모습이 같을 수 없고, 국가는 국민을 보호 해야한다는 의무를 가지기 때문에 긴장 상태를 유지해야 하며 핵을 파괴의 목적으로 사용 하는것은 윤리적인 문제가 생길 것 이므로 (핵)평화의 유지 또한 필수적이다. 이러한 관점에서 본다면 긴장을 유지하며 핵 평화를 함께 유지하는것은 필수적이라고 생각한다. 하지만 긴장상태는 어느정도의 불안을 가진 상태라고 볼 수 있고, 불안과 평화는 반의어 이다.

국가간 긴장을 유지한 상태에서 긴장이 전쟁으로 번지지 않을 것이라는 보장은 없다. 만일 긴장이 전쟁으로 이어지고, 최후의 전쟁 수단으로 핵 무기를 사용하게 된다면 그것은 곧 지구 멸망을 초래할 정도로 치명적일 것이다. 때문에 나는 긴장을 유지하며 (핵)평화를 함께 유지하는것이 필수적이라고 생각하지만 과연 장기적 관점에서 바라볼 때 긴장 유지와 (핵)평화 유지가 양립 가능한것인가? 에 대한 의문에 확신을 가질 수 없다.
