Enhanced strength of muscles, stamina and exercise motors. Enhanced fitness for aerobics.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>YOGA<br><br>Social<br></strong>According to extendednotes.com, YOGA helps develop self awareness, sometimes we are so busy with other people and work, we forget to look after ourselves and our feelings and thinking. YOGA helps develop that self awareness in us. <br>Apart from that YOGA also helps improve concentration and focus. Study shows that just 20 minutes of YOGA session can help process information quickly and learn more effectively. <br><br><strong>Mental</strong><br>According to extended notes.com, YOGA can help relieve/manage stress. Especially for high school students, YOGA can help combat anxiety and stress they get from school., because YOGA is something that relaxes body and mind both, making it easier for us to deal with everyday problems of our life. <br>Apart from that YOGA can also help change our negative behaviours. Practicing YOGA everyday can turn short tempered person into a calm and patient person, because YOGA involves the relaxation of body and mind. Performing YOGA in the morning can make you stay relaxed and calm all day long.  <br><br><strong>Physical<br></strong>According to osteopathic.org there are many physical benefits of yoga and two of them include flexibility and improved energy level. Anyone who performs YOGA is found to be flexible because the exercises found in YOGA make you stretch, turning you into a flexible person. They do so because there is an increase in blood pressure, then there are effects in several parts of the brain which controll mood and motivation. It has more physical benefits too, like reducing health risks, keeping arteries clear and more...<br><br>Cycling - This is a great exercise that allows the lungs, blood vessels and heart to all get a workout. There will be more breathing than usual, prespire and higher body temperature. Best health benefit from this is increased cariovascular fitness. <br><br>Swimming - This exercise helps keep the heart rate up but reduces the stress. Health benefits include: Muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Helps with maintaining a healthy weight, lungs and heart. In addition, it helps you  adjust and adapt to different surroundings. Some examples include marathons, sports tournaments and class exercises are three of many examples in which you can create different types of connections that will help your grow your own social comfort.<br><br>Physical health - The most obvious aspect of benefits when doing exercise is the physical aspect. Exercises that include cardio and high intense training like jumping jacks, high knees and star jumps are good examples. Exercises can be in a repetitive form. Exercises that improve physical , mental and social health. <br><br><strong>Physical health - Walking. </strong><br>Walking is the best way to nourish/maintain your over health. There are benifits of walking which include are it develops cardiovascular fitness, reduces body fat, gets rid of chronic diseases, increase in muscle power. Walking is a freestyle exercise meaning that it does not require any specific type of training or neither any equipment. Walking improves your circulation of blood in the body and adding on to that it also boosts your immune system which is very essential and a part of our daily lives. <br><br><strong>Mental Health - Yoga. </strong><br>Yoga is a good way to improve your mental health. Yoga is very beneficial in terms of posture, flexibility, muscle strength, increase in metabolism reaction, increase in blood flow transportation. Yoga helps you to calm your nerves, relax body state mind. Yoga activity helps you to improve your bone health. It helps you prevent cartilage and joint breakdown, helps you focus more, maintains nervous system and balances body coordination. Yoga eases your pain and raises self-esteem. <br><br><strong>Social Health - Cycling. </strong><br>There are many ways in which cycling helps you build social health. It helps us breath fresh air which causes our body to feel so relaxed.
