It also mentions that the situation in the Netherlands is better because of higher maintenance standards and greater separation between cars and bicycles, which leads to a greater sense of safety for cyclists. Besides that, there is enough space between parked cars and cycle lanes in the Netherlands for car doors to open safely.

This occurs due to the continuity of faulty cycle and car lanes.The roads are severely damaged which makes it hazardeous. The wide lanes cause a major issue for the parked cars trying to open the doors.As compared to Netherlands they have high quality maintenance methods which makes it the safest for cyclists.
