Bill Gates was inspired to make Microsoft by the January cover of the Electronics magazine, Bill Gates wrote his first software program at the age of 13. He was always passionate about his computer programming. Henry Edward Roberts, the developer of early personal computer also inspired Bill Gates to make Microsoft.

Bill gates worked with his friend Paul Allen, who co-founded microsoft with them. They both worked on a computer system in high school, it was called ‘Traf-O-Data’ in which they developed a system to count traffic, Paul Allen is a computer programmer, researcher, investor, and philanthropist in which his experience helped make Microsoft. Paul Allen died at the age of 65, in 2018.

Bill Gates used his natural skill in computer programming and his school Learning in math. for his explorations, he also used his inspiration from Henry Edward Roberts. Bill used his friends and their expertise to develop Microsoft. Allen and Bill both had the idea of making a micro-computer, which was released in 1975.

Bill and Allen when they had the idea called up a company called MITS and said that whey were working on a program that would run a computer. Microsoft’s 5 biggest suppliers at the moment are AAC Acoustic Technologies, AAVID Thermalloy LLC, Allegro Microsystems, Chicony and Winbond.

The discovery has helped us because in almost every house, there is a Microsoft product and if there isn’t, if you’ve ever gone on the internet, you will have most likely used something made by Microsoft. They managed to change computer code forever by making a system which allows other people to change and improve it, forever making computers cheaper and Microsoft was one of the first real software companies.

Because of Bill Gates, paperwork has changed forever, by making it all digital with the sudden rise in technology. He has changed the way people communicate with each other, instead of meeting face to face, people can video chat. With Covid-19, the way people communicate has been normalised to over a video chat or a program. Microsoft’s products are everywhere and have inspired so many companies to start up and also change the path of technology forever.
