Rather than distinct, concrete steps, it was more like a slope where everyone would just pitch in a small bit of their effort at a time, slowly accumulating that into whatever goal we were trying to achieve. We would eventually arrive to a consensus, or more so a general idea of what to do, even though it wasn't clearly written. 

b. Generally, if I see something I disagree with strongly, I'll comment about it. Most of the time there's some discussion about these disagreements, but nothing much out of the ordinary. Feel neutral about it.
