It made her become an agent of change, and now she helps other females who struggle with the same issue. She created a book called Heroes in my Head, which discusses her struggles but also shows her strength and resilience.

Information from Zoomer states that alongside Dr. Henry Morgentaler she was able to open many abortion clinics (Gerstel). This was an enormous        achievement, as at the time abortion was illegal. With time, she was able to create change and make abortion legal in Canada.

This allowed Judy Rebick to spread information over the world, and allow people to discuss and debate.
